Specifications of Control Unit
HID control unit consists of ECU and igniter with socket.

ECU(Ballast): Supplies power to bulb to keep constant brightness. Thin (20mm) and light-weight design realizes easy mounting.

Igniter with socket: Generates high-voltage ignition pulse to start lighting. Integration of igniter and socket for bulb makes its volume much smaller. This also makes it possible to apply this system to HID bulb D1 type.
